300 mg nocte day 1 → 300 mg BD → 300 mg TDS; max 3600 mg/day. Reduce in CKD.
Use
Neuropathic pain, focal seizures, restless legs.
Monitoring
Sedation, renal function, respiratory depression when combined with opioids.
