Investigations
- • Resting ECG, echo
- • Anatomic: CT coronary angiography (NICE first-line)
- • Functional: stress echo/MRI/nuclear
Management
- • Symptom: GTN PRN, β-blocker or CCB first-line, add long-acting nitrate/ivabradine/ranolazine/nicorandil
- • Prognosis: aspirin, statin, ACEi (if HTN/DM/CKD/HF)
- • Revascularisation if refractory to medical or high-risk anatomy
