500 mg BD → 1000 mg BD.
Indications
- • Chronic stable angina (add-on)
Contraindications
- • Hepatic cirrhosis
- • Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
- • QT-prolonging drugs
Use
Anti-anginal without haemodynamic effect.
Monitoring
ECG (QT), LFTs.
Side effects
- • Constipation
- • Nausea
- • QT prolongation
