Investigations
- • FBC, LFT, U&E, urate, urinalysis (proteinuria)
- • CTG, growth USS
Management
- • IV labetalol 20 mg (up to 80 mg q10 min max 300), OR
- • IV hydralazine 5-10 mg q20 min, OR nifedipine 10 mg PO
- • MgSO4 4 g IV load then 1 g/h for pre-eclampsia/eclampsia seizure prophylaxis
- • Deliver if ≥37/40 or severe features
