Dose
NSTEMI 2.5 mg SC OD; VTE treatment 5 mg (<50 kg), 7.5 mg (50–100 kg), 10 mg (>100 kg) OD.
Indications
- • NSTEMI/UA
- • VTE prophylaxis and treatment
Dose adjustment
CrCl 30–50: caution; CrCl <30: avoid
Use
Preferred anticoagulant in NSTEMI (OASIS-5).
Monitoring
Renal function, bleeding, Hb, platelet count (HIT rare).
