Management
- • ICD: primary prevention if EF ≤35% + NYHA II-III on optimal Rx ≥3 mo; secondary if aborted SCA/sustained VT
- • Correct reversible causes
- • β-blocker, ARB/ACEi, MRA in HFrEF
