Management
- • Activated charcoal if <1 h and >150 mg/kg
- • Paracetamol level at 4 h post-ingestion
- • Plot on Rumack-Matthew nomogram (UK 100-line)
- • N-acetylcysteine: 21-h SNAP or 20.25 h regimen if above line, staggered ingestion, unknown time, or high risk
- • Refer for transplant assessment if King's College criteria met
