5. Intellectual property

All content is owned by WardRound or its licensors. Personal notes you create remain yours; you grant us a license to store them so the app can sync them.

6. Liability

The service is provided 'as is' without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, WardRound is not liable for damages arising from clinical use of the app.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
