- Thrombolysis ≤4.5 h
- Thrombectomy ≤6 h (up to 24 h selected LVO)
Imaging
- Non-contrast CT (rule out bleed)
- CT angio for LVO
Treatment
- Alteplase 0.9 mg/kg (10% bolus)
- Aspirin 300 mg after bleed excluded
- Stroke unit, swallow, VTE prophylaxis (IPC)
