Sepsis Six (BUFALO)

Give 3

  • High-flow O₂
  • Empirical antibiotics IV
  • Fluid 30 mL/kg crystalloid

Take 3

  • Blood cultures × 2
  • Lactate (VBG)
  • Urine output (catheter)

Reassess

  • Repeat lactate at 2–4 h
  • MAP ≥65 with fluid?
  • Noradrenaline if not
