BLS first
- Confirm arrest, call for help
- CPR 30:2, pads ASAP
- Defib if shockable
Shockable (VF/pVT)
- Shock 150–200 J biphasic
- CPR 2 min
- Adrenaline 1 mg after 3rd shock, then q3–5 min
- Amiodarone 300 mg after 3rd shock, 150 mg after 5th
Non-shockable (PEA/asystole)
- Adrenaline 1 mg immediately
- CPR 2 min cycles
- Continue adrenaline q3–5 min
4 Hs + 4 Ts
- Hypoxia, Hypovolaemia, Hyper/Hypokalaemia, Hypothermia
- Tension pneumothorax, Tamponade, Toxins, Thrombosis
Post-ROSC
- Targeted temp 32–36°C × 24 h
- MAP > 65, normocapnia, glucose 6–10
- 12-lead ECG, ICU
