Propofol

Dexmedetomidine
- • 0.2-1.4 mcg/kg/h
- • Cooperative sedation, no respiratory depression
Midazolam
- • 0.02-0.1 mg/kg/h
- • Avoid if possible — delirium risk
Analgesia-first
- • Fentanyl 25-200 mcg/h
- • Morphine 1-10 mg/h
Pearls
- • RASS −2 to 0 target unless deep sedation needed
- • Daily sedation interruption + SBT
- • Use CAM-ICU for delirium screening
