Dose
250 mg PO OD — 6 weeks for fingernails, 12 weeks for toenails, 2–4 weeks for tinea corporis.
Use
Dermatophyte onychomycosis and extensive tinea.
Monitoring
LFTs baseline and at 4–6 weeks if prolonged therapy.
Side effects
