Dose
STEMI: 1.5 million U in 100 mL NS IV over 60 min.
Contraindications
- • Previous streptokinase 4 d – 12 months (antibody)
- • Prior ICH
- • Active bleed
Use
Where cost limits tPA availability.
Monitoring
BP (hypotension during infusion), bleeding, arrhythmias.
