Dose
200–400 mg/day divided TDS; thyroid storm 200 mg q4h PO/NG.
Use
First-trimester pregnancy hyperthyroidism and thyroid storm.
Monitoring
LFTs (hepatic failure risk), FBC, TFTs q4 wk.
