Ondansetron
Dose
8 mg PO/IV BD; 16 mg IV before highly emetogenic chemotherapy.
Use
Chemotherapy- and radiotherapy-induced nausea, post-operative nausea.
Monitoring
ECG if electrolyte disturbance or other QT-prolonging drugs.
Side effects

- • QT prolongation
