Nintedanib
Dose
150 mg PO BD with food (100 mg BD if intolerant or mild hepatic impairment).
Use
IPF and progressive fibrosing interstitial lung disease, including SSc-ILD.
Monitoring
LFTs, diarrhoea, bleeding risk if anticoagulated, pregnancy avoidance.
