Nimodipine
Dose
60 mg PO q4h for 21 days after aneurysmal SAH.
Use
Reduces delayed cerebral ischaemia after subarachnoid haemorrhage.
Monitoring
BP q4h before each dose — hold/split dose if hypotensive; never give IV bolus.
