Adults 10 mg nocte; 6–14 y 5 mg; 2–5 y 4 mg.
Use
Add-on asthma control, exercise-induced bronchoconstriction, allergic rhinitis.
Monitoring
Neuropsychiatric symptoms (nightmares, agitation, low mood) — counsel and review.
