Dose
6.25 mg SC nocte or PRN for nausea (max 25 mg/24 h); 12.5–25 mg for terminal agitation.
Use
Refractory nausea of mixed cause; terminal restlessness.
Monitoring
Sedation, postural BP, extrapyramidal features.
