Dose
One drop into affected eye(s) each evening.
Use
First-line ocular hypotensive in open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
Monitoring
IOP at 4–6 weeks then periodically; iris and lash changes.
Side effects
- • Iris hyperpigmentation
- • Eyelash lengthening
- • Conjunctival hyperaemia
- • Cystoid macular oedema in aphakia
