Isoniazid
Dose
5 mg/kg PO OD (max 300 mg) with pyridoxine 10–25 mg daily.
Use
Component of standard TB therapy and latent TB treatment.
Monitoring
LFTs (baseline and if symptomatic), peripheral neuropathy, adherence.
