Fluticasone Nasal Spray
Dose
2 sprays each nostril OD; reduce to 1 spray when controlled.
Use
Allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, chronic rhinosinusitis.
Monitoring
Technique (aim away from septum), growth in children with prolonged use.
Side effects
- • Epistaxis
- • Nasal dryness/crusting
- • Septal perforation with poor technique
