Dose
180 mcg/kg bolus × 2, 10 min apart; infusion 2 mcg/kg/min (halve if CrCl <50).
Indications
- • High-risk ACS/PCI (bailout)
Contraindications
- • Active bleed
- • Recent stroke
- • Severe HTN
- • Platelets <100
Use
Bailout antiplatelet during high-risk PCI.
Monitoring
Platelet count, bleeding.
Side effects
- • Bleeding
- • Thrombocytopenia
