Dose
60 mg OD (30 mg OD if CrCl 15–50, weight ≤60 kg, or P-gp inhibitor).
Indications
- • Non-valvular AF (ENGAGE AF)
- • VTE
Dose adjustment
CrCl >95 avoid in AF (reduced efficacy); <15 avoid
Use
OD DOAC — avoid if CrCl >95 in AF.
Monitoring
Renal function, bleeding.
Side effects
- • Bleeding
- • Anaemia
